terminal management

The terminal functions let you assign goods on hand to warehouse positions and track their physical location. You can produce work orders and service commitments that can improve your manpower planning. Additionally, these functions will correctly assess and settle all charges.

Station activity reporting
You can display and print activity reports for each warehouse in formats that show the operating details needed to plan workloads, schedule manpower and control finances. Other reports show both export and delivery transactions and amounts due upon receipt of outbound shipments or delivery of inbound ones.

System and terminal inventory
You can also see all of the cargo at a particular airport in order to facilitate warehouse and space management and schedule workloads

System and terminal cash drawer control
Use delivery and export notes from each air waybill to calculate the amounts due to the airport when you receive an inbound shipment or accept an outbound one. These functions will track receivables for each shift and produce pay-coded reports and cash receipts for transactions handled.

Terminal configurations
You can register, update or delete warehouse locations and display lists of locations for multiple warehouses.

Equipment
You an keep an inventory of the equipment available at each warehouse in order to determine whether to handle certain shipments.

Airport Notices
You can maintain centralized records for each airport of customs information, office hours, contacts, special documents required, restrictions, duties and embargoes so that staff in various cities can specify how shipments must be handled at warehouses they have never visited.
