Rates support
The support files allow you to control and maintain any aspect of a rate, including by airport, commodity, general construction, airport handling, off-line transfer, pick up and delivery, TACT, ULD, joint agreement, small package and special contract.

You can maintain a comprehensive system of spot rates with start and end dates. You can have bilateral rate and prorate arrangements, contract rates with incentives or conditions of use and contract rates that allow multiple pivot weights. Rates can be loaded from external electronic sources.

Rates and tariffs
The rating function will combined add-on charges and other rates to determine air waybill weight charges and define the amounts payable to interline partners.

It will calculate dimensional weights automatically in metric or imperial units for individual pieces based on density factors for individual sectors or average or standard loads and automatically update the air waybill master file and all flight master files containing that air waybill.

This function will simplify the reservation agent's job amid numerous rates for class or level, weight break, commodity and effective date. For the shipment at hand, he can: (1) selectively display available rates, (2) search the rates database using up to eight criteria and (3) determine special rate agreements and exceptions.

Market analysis
With CHAMP's management analysis and reporting system (NMARS), you can examine all aspects of the marketing, operational and financial processes. It includes routines to measure productivity for group or individual dates, flight sectors, rate types and participants. It can be done from any geographic, market or management perspective.
